UK Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

Returning your order is quick and easy.

  1. Start your return through our Returns Portal.
  2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
  3. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
  4. Pack your items securely and send them back using the instructions provided.
Return Fee

A £3.99 return fee applies to UK postal returns and will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are free if you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges on full-price items only, subject to stock availability.

Sale and promotional items cannot be exchanged. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@jmojoco.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

 Items That Can't Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
  • Items returned without their original tags.
  • Items that are not in their original condition.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or customised items.

Please note: Sale items can be returned within our returns policy but cannot be exchanged.

Promotional Retruns

Promotional prices are subject to qualifying conditions.

If you return part of an order and the remaining items no longer meet the promotion requirements, including any minimum order value or quantity, your order will be recalculated at the applicable selling price and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

The minimum qualifying spend applies to the value of the products only. Delivery charges are not included unless expressly stated.
