Please see below information about our returns and refunds.

RETURN INFORMATION

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can request a return by signing into your account and requesting a return. 

How to Submit a Return Request:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

You can also contact us at returns@jmojoco.com stating you wish to start a return. Please include in the email:

  • Whether you wish to start a return or exchange
  • If you wish to start an exchange, let us know what you want to exchange for
  • Your order number
  • Receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

Returns are NOT free (except if the item is damaged or defective) and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and sale items discounted 30% or more. For sale items discounted below 30%, returns ARE NOT FREE and it is your responsibility to send the item back to us.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any refunds can take up to 10 business days to hit your account depending on your payment method, location and bank.
